Hi, I'm Sarah
Sometimes, we all need a space where we can close the door and just be.
Life as a “grown up” doesn’t always look or feel how we imagined it would as kids, does it? Other people, uncontrollable situations — or even ourselves — can make things messy and tough at times.
Maybe you feel lonely even when you’re sitting on the sofa with your partner. You might have convinced everyone around you that you have it all together, but actually, you’re exhausted, fed up or feel constantly on edge. Or perhaps you’re neurodivergent and worn down by trying to understand and fit into the ‘norm’ or make things look easy when they aren’t.
You might be desperate for change, but the thought of what might come up feels like too much on top of everything else.
I get it — and we’d go at your pace, making sense of things step by step.
My style is friendly, collaborative and empowering. I adapt my approach to suit you — your needs, preferences and pace. As someone with ADHD, I’m especially mindful of how differently people think, feel and process the world.
Therapy can feel challenging and exposing at times. But you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be alongside you as you untangle what matters to you — how you want to show up, what feels right in your gut, and what needs to shift so you can create a life that feels more like the one you imagined.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation, available via video call or by phone. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chance for us to connect. You can share what you’re looking for and ask any questions to see if we’re a good match. There’s no rush to make a decision right away.
